Trusted For Your Job

From laying complex concrete foundations to erecting to moving precast panels, our innovative solutions help concrete contractors and operators get the job done with a range of equipment options and attachments. From telehandlers and boom lifts to expert training and product support, we bring greater productivity, enhanced contractor and operator confidence and advanced technology to every job site.

High-capacity and rotating telehandlers are designed to help teams move, stack and lift materials, even on congested job sites. JLG® rotating telehandlers do the work of a standard telehandler, mobile elevating work platform and rough-terrain crane—all in one machine. Contractors can also increase operator confidence at height with innovative boom lifts that feature self-leveling technology.

Experience innovative solutions that deliver the productivity and safety commercial construction contractors demand, from foundation to finishing work. Our commercial construction equipment options, like boom lifts, provide power and reach, with utility hookups and specialized platform packages for glaziers, welders and more.

When you need to move sheets of drywall or elevate multiple workers to handle heavy masonry materials, our rough terrain scissor lifts can get the job done, while smaller, electric scissor lifts provide longer runtimes and clean operation for finishing tasks. And for more versatility in material handling, our telehandlers can be customized with job-specific attachments.

Steel Erection

When erecting steel buildings, bridges and other structures, ironworkers need equipment that can lift themselves and heavy materials to height. And whether workers are installing rebar, welding girders or forming structural steel, safety is a top priority.

JLG® boom lifts have built-in features that increase operator confidence at height, from ground-level innovations like self-leveling technology to platform standards like SkyGuard®. High-capacity and rotating telehandlers also add value by helping teams move, stack and lift prefabricated iron and steel—even on crowded urban job sites.

Facility maintenance includes tasks like cleaning windows, changing light bulbs, testing building systems and making minor repairs. To take care of internal and external building maintenance, workers in facilities maintenance jobs need equipment that provides more flexibility and safety.

JLG® Compact Crawler boom lifts can access hard-to-reach areas in atriums and gymnasiums while also fitting through a standard double door. A small electric scissor lift brings more productivity to facilities like hospitals, where low noise and zero emissions are required. And when only one operator must maneuver equipment and get to work, a vertical platform lift is a reliable solution.

HVAC & Electrical work

HVAC installation and repair technicians have to reach overhead ductwork while accessing a variety of tools. Similarly, electrical contractors need to complete wiring in walls and ceilings, which requires lift equipment. This equipment must deliver reduced noise and emissions, low vehicle weight and more maneuverability to minimize disruption to finished spaces.

JLG® hybrid and electric boom lifts, especially Compact Crawler boom lifts, can provide the reach that electrical and HVAC contractors need without disrupting their surroundings. Electric scissor lifts also give them plenty of space to work, with specialized platform packages that increase productivity in specific applications. Additionally, low-level access lifts can replace ladders and scaffolding for enhanced safety on the job.

"JLG helps our team by getting them up into the areas that they need to work and accessing areas that would normally be very difficult to access. It keeps them more productive longer because they’re not exerting as much physical activity climbing the steel."
Jim Ziegler
Project Superintendent
"One of the biggest advantages of owning JLG equipment is the safety, the very intuitive, easy-to-use controls and commonality between the machines so that our team can easily jump from one machine to the next machine and be safe and productive."
Pete Klosterman
VP Field Services
"In the next five to ten years, we see ourselves going into the future with new technology, with innovative equipment."
